josh portis freaks his way to cal… of pennsylvania

According to a report in the Baltimore Sun, Maryland’s back-up quarterback Josh Portis is transferring to D-II California University of Pennsylvania.  This marks Portis’s second transfer in three years after coming to Maryland from Florida. Maryland coaches spoke of his “freaky” skills when he transferred in, but I will remember him as someone who never learned the offense.  His fourth quarter fumble against UNC practically gave me an aneurysm.  Good luck to you, Josh Portis.
